the grounds were beautiful with a lovely pool. the gym had good equipment. spa services provided a real treat. the staff were the kindest people ever. i felt very welcomed here.

the lack of facial tissues in the room was inconvenient. i had a cold so i needed them. i hope they address this .

the staff were warm and friendly! the chauffeur service led by mr eston and his team was very nice. ms. leah at the reception was great, it was a pleasure meeting her. mr edwin and mr jeremy were always good drivers. i am grateful for the excellent service!

the ac in my room was not working . i asked 3 times at the front desk, and i was assured each time they would send someone. it never got fixed and i never got a follow up. i was hot the whole time. the food was average, even in the specialty restaurants.
