colonial charm with attentive service

lovely pool good equipment kind staff

the grounds were beautiful with a lovely pool. the gym had good equipment. spa services provided a real treat. the staff were the kindest people ever. i felt very welcomed here.

the lack of facial tissues in the room was inconvenient. i had a cold so i needed them. i hope they address this .

the breakfast buffet had lots of choice and the preparation was great. service was top notch. the staff took care of every need. the food was AMAZING!!!

the beautiful king room was well appointed. it included comfortable furnishings and sufficient space. the hotel ensures rooms are tidy twice daily. it's always so nice to come back to a freshly cleaned room.

friendly staff very nice service broken ac average food

the staff were warm and friendly! the chauffeur service led by mr eston and his team was very nice. ms. leah at the reception was great, it was a pleasure meeting her. mr edwin and mr jeremy were always good drivers. i am grateful for the excellent service!

the ac in my room was not working . i asked 3 times at the front desk, and i was assured each time they would send someone. it never got fixed and i never got a follow up. i was hot the whole time. the food was average, even in the specialty restaurants.
